Apparently as of today, Brokencyde is no longer on Warped Tour any more. It's unclear why they are no longer on Warped Tour, but there has been quite a bit of rallying to get them off since the beginning. A group called "Mothers Against Brokencyde" popped up over the summer. They have created a MySpace profile dedicated to getting Brokencyde off of the tour. I don't think that this was the driving force behind the band no longer being on tour, but it may have been a factor.

What is for sure is that Brokencyde is no longer on Warped Tour. They have removed all Warped Tour dates from their MySpace. It has yet to be released whether they left for their own reasons or they were dropped from the tour. Hopefully we can get a comment from Kevin Lyman tomorrow at the Mountain View Warped Tour.
